Memoirs of a tourist in Japan

I landed in Osaka on 7 Apr 06, knowing nothing about Sakura or cherry blossoms. Immediately, I was forced to witness the beauty of this famous flower at first hand. And thus began my story, the story of a tourist in Japan...

A Dream Fulfilled

Came back recently from the land of the rising sun for the second time in 2 years. Yeah, I love that place. Okay, so I spent 3k to satisfy this whim of mine but there are no regrets at all.

I've got to step foot on Mt Fuji once more, this time even seeing snow for the first time in my life. The beauty of the cherry blossoms indeed precede their reputation and I'm glad to have experienced their splendor at least once in this lifetime.

Enjoying life: taking a dip in a hot spring at the foot of Mount Fuji, at water temp of 43 degrees cel where the room temp is 12 degree cel whilst talking cock to your pal of over 10 years.

Having visited Mt Fuji twice, taken the bullet train twice, visited Disneyland twice by the age of 27 ain't bad at all..

Guess these are things that are better experienced while we're still young; sightseeing tours can wait! =)
